FAQ

Quick answers about wallets, balances and payments.

Frequently asked

Which wallets work?

Any Solana wallet: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and the rest, or an email sign-in with no wallet at all. Every action is a single approval.

Do I need SOL?

A little, for network fees. About 0.01 SOL covers dozens of actions.

Why does my wallet show a smaller balance?

Wallets only read public balances. Your Private and Shielded balances are encrypted, so they show up here in the app, where your keys can read them.

Why do I add incoming private payments to my balance?

Private payments arrive in a pending balance, and one approval adds them to your spendable balance. It keeps money arriving from ever disturbing a payment you are in the middle of sending.

What if something is interrupted?

Nothing moves unless the whole transaction lands. If a shield from Standard stops halfway, your deposit waits in an escrow only you can refund, and the app shows a Refund button.

Can the relayer take my money?

No. It never has your keys, and every proof binds the recipient and the fee, so it cannot redirect a payment or overcharge.

Is zkUSD always backed?

Yes. The vault checks reserves against supply on every wrap and redeem, and you can watch both live on the reserves page.

How do I get paid privately?

Share your shielded address, which starts with zk. Anyone can pay it from inside the pool, and only you can find or spend the note.
