Why shielded moves cost a little SOL
Every spent note leaves a small nullifier account behind, and those accounts are what make double-spending impossible. They stay on-chain for good, so their rent, about 0.0018 SOL for the two a move creates, is part of the price of a shielded payment. When the relayer submits a move it pays that rent, and its fee covers it.
